CHEF Michael Kempf, born in 1977, learned his trade from scratch. Even as a youngster he had already decided "to become a cook". He turned this urge into his profession. He perfected his culinary talents in numerous star restaurants, such as the Wald- and Schlosshotel Friedrichsruhe (Lothar Eiermann), Restaurant Fischerzunft Schaffhausen, Switzerland (André Jaeger) and more recently at Restaurant Dieter Mueller. "I never dreamt that I would become a Chef de Cuisine in such a short time and also in one of the most exciting gourmet restaurants in Germany. Nonetheless, I believe that I am well prepared for the job", Michael Kempf stated and added "I see this as a unique chance to fulfil my dreams at the right place, at the right time, and with the right team." |
